Sbih Salih has built a distinguished career in market entry strategy, government relations, negotiation, and international business development. His work focuses on supporting European and regional companies entering the Saudi and Syrian markets through practical, field‑based strategies grounded in deep local insight and institutional understanding.

He previously served as Executive Director for a leading Italian engineering and construction firm in Saudi Arabia, where he oversaw major infrastructure and development projects, strengthened government relations, and led high‑level negotiations with public and private stakeholders. This role added significant depth to his expertise in large‑scale project management and cross‑border operations.

In addition to his leadership role at BNECA, he serves as an Advisory Partner at Seven Scope Co. Ltd (Hong Kong), supporting infrastructure, energy, environmental, and smart‑city initiatives across the Middle East. His advisory work spans strategic planning, investment structuring, and international partnership development.
